High School Prep is where we focus on building and understanding lifting fundamentals for a solid foundation that will lead us to the collegiate level. The athletes throwing and exit velocities are tracked throughout the year to re-enforce proper fundamentals in hitting and pitching. Athletes learn how to create a powerful swing as well as how to approach off-speed pitches when up to bat. Athletes also work throwing velocity and pitching fundamentals/accuracy.
